Quality Assurance/Technical Support


PEPID, LLC, is seeking a new Quality Assurance/Technical Support representative. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, enjoys tinkering with technology and is excited to take on new challenges. He or she is someone who has taken the initiative to learn new technology skills. This person is looking for an opportunity to develop and apply new technology skills in a professional setting.

The position works with our software engineering group and performs a wide range of quality assurance, technical and customer service tasks. This may include assisting customers with the installation and general usage of our software. This position may also include troubleshooting, provisioning, testing and working on technical projects.

Job Requirements

  • Background in technology
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to work well within a small team
