Create Care Plans
Students can create custom care plans from scratch, build their own templates, or edit preset templates to include Diagnosis, Patient’s Ongoing Assessment, Therapeutic Intervention, Patient Education/Continuity of Care, References, Edits, Subsets and Rationales.
Evaluate Care Plans
Provide an overall grade, add comments to each section, and view documentation and related physician prescribed intervention for each students’ electronically submitted care plan.
